Who doesn't love the time-honored tradition of brunch? Rolling out of bed on a weekend, you want to gather with friends around the table with food as delicious as the conversation. Brunch is always a good idea. There are so many great restaurants that do brunch right Up North, and here are a few worth the trip!

But the fun doesn't stop there, they offer a full selection of great breakfast foods and have the best cinnamon rolls around.

This recently relocated and expanded establishment is known for gourmet French inspired brunches. You can dine indoors or on the rooftop in the summertime. The croissants alone are worth the trip! Bon appetit!

Good Harbor is a favorite coffee shop and bakery among the locals and for good reason- it is conveniently located downtown Traverse City, their incredible attention to good coffee and fresh, unique baked goods is apparent. Stay in or grab a few pastries for brunch at home.

Lines start early in the morning even before the doors open for service. The hype is justified with their filling and flavorful breakfast lineup. Located just a few steps of Front Street in downtown Traverse City.

Happy and Cheerful brunch spot that, as its namesake suggests, makes a spectacular Eggs Benedict… alongside all the breakfast classics too! Tucked away on Lake Street, steps from the bustling downtown district, you will find something delicious here.

For some of the best croissants outside of France, look no further than Nine Bean Rows. This Farmstand / Bakery / Cafe is home to some yummy creations. From the aforementioned croissants that have a cult like following among locals, to their fresh baked breads, homemade breakfast sandwiches and pizza with fresh ingredients from their own farms, this is a must visit spot for any and all foodies.
